There is now a link in the menu bar where all users can declare their intention to participate in the 2009 march. Clicking this link will take you to a signup form, prepopulated with your email address and signup name, where you can add comments and then submit your "electronic signature."

Declaring in this way will cause three things to happen:

1. You will get a thank you / confirmation email.

2. The site administrators will be notified of a new sign up.

3. An invisible flag will be set on your profile, which will be used by the site administrators to gauge support, report statistics, and so on.
